The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Md Sikandar, who runs drnzy (drnzy.com). By creating a page you accept them, along with the Privacy Policy and the Content Rules.
Who can use drnzy
You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your own Google account, and you are responsible for what happens on your page. One person, one page.
Your username
Usernames follow the rules shown when you pick one. Some names are reserved. We may take back a username that impersonates someone, misuses a brand or name you have no right to, or breaks the Content Rules. When you change your username, the old one stays with your page for 30 days, then anyone can claim it.
Your content
What you put on your page stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to anyone who visits your page, and make the copies needed to do that (for example, smaller versions of photos and share previews for other apps). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in short-lived backups. You confirm you have the right to share everything you add, and that it follows the Content Rules.
When we act on a page
We may hide a page, block a link, or close an account that breaks these terms or the Content Rules, that the law requires us to remove, or that puts visitors at risk. Where we can, we tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to us (see Contact).
The service
drnzy is free. We work to keep it running and safe, but we offer it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features, and we will give notice before shutting down the whole service so you can download your data.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, or for content that other people put on their pages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account as described above.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Using drnzy after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts in Kolkata, India.
